Marzio was helpful and accommodating.
I was disappointed with the air conditioning situation. It didn't work correctly and they tried to downplay the problem instead of addressing it.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Nice place, extremely comfy beds, HELPFUL staff. Unbeatable, particularly good location in Florence, short walk to public transport to the city center, Florence and the center. Well decorated room, large bathroom with a bath.

We thoroughly enjoyed it. The offered breakfast was delicious and included a lot of options. Our double room was equipped with balcony overlooking a garden and modern bath, for example.

I loved the huge room surrounded by a beautiful garden. After busy days in the city, the peaceful neighborhood provided a perfect escape from the crowds. The staff, especially Marzio, treated me like family and were always eager to help. Breakfast for 8 euros was a nice touch, offering plenty of options. The location was convenient, with a bus stopping right in front that took me straight into the heart of Florence. I encountered issues with the air conditioning. Initially, it didn't work properly, and even after attempting to fix it, it leaked water. It would have been better if that had been sorted out ahead of time. The amenities were good, but the air conditioning definitely dampened my experience a bit.

clean and spacious rooms, nice terrace, good bus connections
The air conditioning didn't cool properly!!! Maintenance could be improved, especially regarding the wet spot on the wall from leaking air conditioning!!! Attention to cleaning standards is essential!!!

Couple seeking comfort
Spent a couple of days there and it was good as expected! The room was cool and clean, perfect after walking around in the heat. And I gotta say, the homemade food was really good, really brought the Italy experience to life! Marzio, the host, lending us a bottle opener for wine when we asked, and that was a nice touch.
It wasn't cheap, but the value was still pretty acceptable considering the experience.
